The Deva Haircut is a dry/wet/dry service that will be booked for a minimum of 90 minutes in order to give our curly guests the full Deva experience. Very long or thick hair, or hair that hasn’t been cut in a long time, or a first Deva cut guest may require a longer appointment time. This is a specialty service that cannot be rushed.
This revolutionary cutting technique was designed for curls and coils. Hair is sculpted curl-by-curl, while dry, in its natural state according to your lifestyle, personality and preferences, then washed, conditioned, and styled with either a dryer or a diffuser, depending on the hair texture and desired result. This service includes a curl coaching session and a personalized product prescription that makes it easy to maintain your style at home.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE SALON WITH YOUR CURLS DETANGLED, DRY, IN THEIR MOST NATURAL STATE, hanging down, no ponytail, bun, or clips. We begin every Curl Cut service with the haircut so it’s important to have your curls looking their best when you arrive.
We request that new guests requesting a Deva cut submit a current hair photo through our texting channel with their appointment request: 408-244-4222. This will help us to see the hair length and help us to reserve the right amount of time.
