- 3-month commitment

- Root touch-ups are performed by Advanced Protégé stylists
*Color membership credits are valid with our Advanced Protege stylists. Upgrades to higher-level specialists are available; the remaining balance will be due at service. Rescheduling available with 24+ hour notice. A no show will forfeit the appointment. All 12 appointments must be used in a 12 month period or they are forfeited.

The Color Membership is a recurring program that includes a monthly root touch-up and exclusive perks, making it easier to stay consistent with your hair color year-round.
How does billing work?
Your card on file will be charged automatically each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
After the initial 3-month commitment, you will be charged month-to-month. You may cancel your membership with a 30-day notice.
Do services roll over?
No. Membership services do not roll over. Missed services are forfeited.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice. A no show will forfeit the appointment.
Is this membership available to all guests?
Yes. Color Membership is available to all Atelier guests.
Can I gift or share my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in membership pricing.
What if I want additional services?
Members receive 10% off all additional services beyond what is included.
